Can I buy a gift voucher in your online shop?

Where do you deliver and how much are the shipping costs?

After receipt of payment, we will send your products to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

  • Germany : Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of EUR 4.90. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 50. Delivery time is 1-3 working days and we ship with DHL GoGreen and shipment tracking.

  • Austria : Standard shipping to Austria is currently 10.90 EUR. Delivery time is 3-5 working days with DHL and tracking.

  • Shipping to Switzerland: We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. However, you can use the " My Purchase " service. For orders over 50 EUR, shipping to " My Purchase " is free, so you save double shipping costs.
Can you ship to a packing station?

Yes, we ship with DHL and can deliver to packing stations.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If you would like to change your delivery address later, please send us a message immediately to hallo@walnutandcherry.com. If the order has not yet been sent, we will be happy to change the address for you. If your order is already on its way to you, unfortunately we cannot make any changes. In this case, your package will be sent back to us. We will pass on the resulting costs that DHL charges us directly to you.

It is important to us to be open and honest about our costs. Instead of hiding the shipping costs in the product price, we show you exactly what shipping really costs. For orders over €50, we cover the shipping costs within Germany - as a small thank you for your support!

Can I exchange items with you?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange. However, you can return the item to us and exercise your right of cancellation and simply place a new order for the desired item.

I am unsure about the size/color of the jewelry - what can I do?

We always state the exact size of all our jewelry in the item description so that you can get an idea of ​​it yourself.

For many pieces of jewelry you will also find a picture of the piece being worn to give you a better idea. If you are unsure about the color, please send us an email and we will help you.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

For our handmade earrings we use materials such as polymer clay, stainless steel, brass and sterling silver. All of our stud earrings and ear hooks are made of stainless steel and are therefore hypoallergenic and well tolerated. You can always find the exact material information in the item description of the respective item.

How do I clean my walnut&cherry jewelry?

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it is important to follow some care and storage tips:

Avoid contact with liquids:

Water, cleaning products, cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, oil, steam and sweat can damage your jewelry. When exercising, showering, visiting the sauna or doing activities that cause heavy sweating, you should remove your jewelry to protect it.

Keep your jewelry dry:

Before going to bed, you should take off your jewelry and store it in a dry place.

Avoid impacts on hard surfaces:

To avoid scratches or damage, make sure the jewelry does not hit hard objects.

Cleaning the jewelry:

Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth.

We use raw brass for some of our earrings. Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper that can oxidize over time. It can be cleaned with household products such as vinegar, lemon juice or ketchup. Alternatively, we recommend using a special brass cleaner in combination with a soft cloth for cleaning.

Polymer clay is waterproof. Light stains can be removed with a damp cloth. More stubborn stains may require isopropyl alcohol or acetone (not nail polish remover) and a soft cotton cloth. Be careful to be gentle on stainless steel or brass components.

Our ear hooks, ball studs and all jump rings are made of stainless steel because this material is well tolerated. If you prefer ear hooks or studs made of 925 sterling silver, please contact us before ordering.
