Shipping Costs
We currently ship to Germany and Austria.
Germany: Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of €4.90. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.
Austria: Standard shipping to Austria is currently €10.90.
Processing & Delivery Time
Your order will be carefully packed by me and my small team as quickly as possible after payment is received and shipped via DHL as a goods shipment or parcel. Processing time is usually 3–5 business days.

Important Information About Your Address
Please make sure to provide your full and correct shipping address when placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details and is returned to us by DHL, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping costs as well as any return fees charged to us.
Shipping to Switzerland
We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. However, you can use the service “MeinEinkauf.ch”. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping to MeinEinkauf, helping you avoid double shipping costs.
