Herstellung
- Jedes Jesmonite Produkt ist ein Unikat, denn es wird handgefertigt.
- Der Ton wird in eine Silikonform gegossen und getrocknet, geschliffen und anschließend poliert und versiegelt.
- Kleine Luftblasen und Löcher sowie unterschiedliche Farbmuster/Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Farbe sind während des Herstellungsprozesses nicht zu verhindern und verleihen den Objekten ihr einzigartiges Aussehen.
- Das Material ist nicht bruchfest, es kann absplittern oder brechen, wenn es herunterfällt.
- Das Material ist nicht wasserdicht.
Pflegehinweise
Bei Flecken auf euren Jesmonite Produkten empfehle ich euch diese sofort mit einem Microfasertuch zu reinigen. Beachte bitte, dass die Objekte nicht für die Spülmaschine bzw. Mikrowelle geeignet sind. Jeglicher Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten sollte vermieden werden.

After receipt of payment, we will send your products to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

Germany : Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of EUR 4.90. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 50. Delivery time is 1-3 working days and we ship with DHL GoGreen and shipment tracking.

Austria : Standard shipping to Austria is currently 10.90 EUR. Delivery time is 3-5 working days with DHL and tracking.

Shipping to Switzerland: We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. However, you can use the " My Purchase " service. For orders over 50 EUR, shipping to " My Purchase " is free, so you save double shipping costs.
Processing and shipping time:
After receipt of payment, your order will be lovingly packaged by me and my small team as quickly as possible and sent via DHL as a parcel or package. The processing time is usually 3-5 working days.

Note about your address:
Please provide your complete and correct delivery address during the order process. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and is returned to us by DHL, we reserve the right to charge you again for the shipping costs plus the costs that DHL charges us.

Would you like to return a product because you don't like it? That's no problem, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your products and can return items to us without giving any reason. Please read our cancellation policy and inform us of your cancellation by email.
