• Each Jesmonite product is unique because it is handmade.
• The clay is poured into a silicone mold and dried, sanded and then polished and sealed.
• Small air bubbles and holes as well as different color patterns/irregularities in the color cannot be prevented during the manufacturing process and give the objects their unique appearance.
• The material is not shatterproof and may chip or break if dropped.
• The material is not waterproof.

If there are stains on your Jesmonite products, I recommend that you clean them immediately with a microfiber cloth. Please note that the objects are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. Any contact with liquids should be avoided.

Shipping & Delivery at walnut & cherry

Once payment is received, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. We currently deliver to Germany and Austria – reliably, sustainably, and with shipment tracking.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €5.90. Shipping is free for orders over €65. Delivery time is usually 1–4 business days.
We ship with DHL GoGreen and offer shipment tracking for every order.

Shipping to Austria

Standard shipping to Austria costs €11.90. Delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days – also via DHL with tracking.

Shipping to Switzerland

We do not currently offer direct shipping to Switzerland.
However, you can use the service " MeinEinkauf.ch " to receive your order easily and affordably. 

Processing & Shipping Time

Once payment is received, your order will be lovingly and carefully packaged and shipped. Processing takes 3–5 business days, after which your package will be sent via DHL as a small parcel or package.

During promotional periods (e.g. Christmas or sales), shipping times may be slightly longer – you can find current information in the header of the page.

Important note regarding the delivery address

Please ensure you provide your complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the reshipping costs.

Returns & Cancellations

If you don't like a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please inform us of your cancellation beforehand by email and read our cancellation policy.
