Herstellung

Die Ohrringe werden mit viel Liebe aus Polymer Ton hergestellt. Dazu wird der gewünschte Farbton für deine Ohrringe gemischt, die gewünschte Form ausgestanzt und ggf. mit einem Muster bearbeitet. Anschließend wandern die Schmuckstücke in den Ofen, danach werden sie geschliffen, poliert und gebohrt und zum fertigen Ohrring für dich zusammengesetzt.

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it is important to follow some care and storage tips:

Avoid contact with liquids: Water, cleaning products, cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, oil, steam, and sweat can damage your jewelry. To protect it, remove your jewelry when exercising, showering, using a sauna, or engaging in activities that cause heavy sweating.

Keep your jewelry dry: Before going to bed, you should take off your jewelry and store it in a dry place.

Avoid impacts on hard surfaces: To avoid scratches or damage, make sure that the jewelry does not hit hard objects.

Cleaning your jewelry: Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth.

We use raw brass for some of our earrings. Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper that can oxidize over time. It can be cleaned with household remedies such as vinegar, lemon juice, or ketchup. Alternatively, we recommend using a special brass cleaner and a soft cloth.

Polymer clay is water-resistant. Light stains can be removed with a damp cloth. More stubborn stains may require isopropyl alcohol or acetone (not nail polish remover) and a soft cotton cloth. Be careful to protect stainless steel or brass components.

Our ear hooks, ball stud earrings, and all jump rings are made of stainless steel because of its compatibility with other materials. If you prefer ear hooks or stud earrings made of 925 sterling silver, please contact us before ordering.

After receipt of payment, we will send your products to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

Germany : Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of EUR 4.90. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 50. Delivery time is 1-3 working days and we ship with DHL GoGreen and shipment tracking.
Austria : Standard shipping to Austria is currently 10.90 EUR. Delivery time is 3-5 working days with DHL and tracking.
Shipping to Switzerland: We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. However, you can use the " My Purchase " service. For orders over 50 EUR, shipping to " My Purchase " is free, so you save double shipping costs.

Processing and shipping time:

After receipt of payment, your order will be lovingly packaged by me and my small team as quickly as possible and sent via DHL as a parcel or package. The processing time is usually 3-5 working days.

Note about your address:

So entstehen unsere Polymer Ton Ohrringe

Farben mischen

Bevor der erste Handgriff erfolgt, überlege ich, welche Farbtöne die Ohrringe zum Strahlen bringen sollen – dezent einfarbig oder in lebendigen Kombinationen. Die Farben mische ich von Hand, um genau die Nuancen zu kreieren, die meine Designs einzigartig machen.
Von der Idee zur Form

Sobald die Farben gemischt sind, wird der Polymer Ton von Hand weich geknetet, bis er geschmeidig ist. Danach rolle ich ihn gleichmäßig aus und bringe ihn mit meinen eigens entworfenen Ausstechern in die gewünschte Form. Für besondere Designs verziere ich die Oberfläche mit feinen Mustern oder strukturierten Details – jedes Element entsteht in präziser Handarbeit und macht den Ohrring zu einem echten Unikat.
Ab in den Backofen

Die geformten Stücke werden im Backofen gehärtet. Durch das präzise Backen erhalten sie ihre endgültige Festigkeit und bleiben gleichzeitig angenehm flexibel – perfekt für langlebigen, komfortablen Schmuck.
Der letzte Schliff

Nach dem Abkühlen beginnt der Feinschliff: Ich schleife die Kanten sorgfältig, prüfe die Rückseite, um ggf. Unebenheiten zu entfernen, und bohre präzise kleine Löcher für die Verbindungselemente. Jeder Handgriff sorgt dafür, dass die Formen perfekt zur Geltung kommen. Anschließend montiere ich die Schmuckteile mit hypoallergenen Edelstahl- oder edlen Messingelementen – so entsteht aus jedem Rohling ein individuelles, hochwertiges Schmuckstück.
