Avoid contact with liquids

Water, cleaning agents, cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, oil, steam, or sweat can damage your jewelry. When exercising, showering, or visiting a sauna, you should remove stainless steel earrings and other jewelry to protect them from oxidation and discoloration.

Store jewelry in a dry place

Before going to bed, you should remove your jewelry and store it in a dry place. A jewelry dish, a soft pouch, or a box will protect stainless steel, brass, and polymer clay earrings from scratches and moisture.

Avoid impacts on hard surfaces

Scratches and damage can easily be avoided by ensuring that the jewelry does not come into contact with hard objects. This is especially true for delicate polymer clay earrings and intricate brass jewelry.

Cleaning your jewelry

• Stainless steel jewelry: Clean with a soft cloth to maintain shine and color.

• Brass jewelry: Can oxidize over time. Home remedies such as vinegar, lemon juice, or ketchup can remove oxidation. Alternatively, a special brass cleaner can be used with a soft cloth.

• Polymer clay jewelry: Waterproof and easy to clean. Wipe away stains with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains may require isopropyl alcohol or acetone (not nail polish remover). Take care to avoid damaging stainless steel and brass parts.

Pay attention to materials

Our ear hooks, ball stud earrings, and jump rings are made of stainless steel, as this material is particularly well-tolerated. If you prefer ear hooks or stud earrings made of 925 sterling silver, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery at walnut & cherry

Once payment is received, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. We currently deliver to Germany and Austria – reliably, sustainably, and with shipment tracking.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.
We ship with DHL GoGreen and offer shipment tracking for every order.

Shipping to Austria

Standard shipping to Austria costs €10.90. Delivery time is between 4 and 8 business days – also via DHL with tracking.

Shipping to Switzerland

We do not currently offer direct shipping to Switzerland.
However, you can use the service " MeinEinkauf.ch " to receive your order easily and affordably. Shipping to MeinEinkauf.ch is free for orders over €50, saving you double shipping costs.

Processing & Shipping Time

Once payment is received, your order will be lovingly and carefully packaged and shipped. Processing takes 3–5 business days, after which your package will be sent via DHL as a small parcel or package.

During promotional periods (e.g. Christmas or sales), shipping times may be slightly longer – you can find current information in the header of the page.

Important note regarding the delivery address

Please ensure you provide your complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the reshipping costs.

Returns & Cancellations

If you don't like a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please inform us of your cancellation beforehand by email and read our cancellation policy.
